About Us

Queensland Fuel Tanks & Accessories Pty Ltd was established in 2001 by our founder, David Buck. Back then, he was the manager and owner of Progress Truck Panel & Paint. Hilton Manufacturing Pty Ltd approached David to see if he would be interested in becoming their official agent in the state.

The team of Hilton Manufacturing Pty Ltd then helped introduce us to the trucking community. This started with a humble stand at the Brisbane Truck & Machinery Show. David’s knowledge on what’s best for different kinds of trucks, his familiarity with the products, and his ability to fit and repair the necessary parts, benefitted him.

We also welcomed Large Walk Plates as part of our selection of quality trucking parts. We’ve had the smaller ones for the top of fuel tanks for years, but we’ve recently started offering larger ones for the centre. These plates can help prevent slipping through the chassis while looking great when the trailer is disconnected.
